Scott is great, fifth time I have worked with him. Learned a lot of subtle things about curb appeal from him. Using consistent lighting inside the house, cleaning the fascia boards on the exterior before listing, etc. I would definitely recommend Scott to buyer or seller.

I worked with both Scott and Wes Garrison to sell my mobile home in Casselberry I live out of state and had it rented and the tenants trashed it so bad the City of Casselberry was all over me. They sold it in 9 days for $6000 OVER the price that I wanted and made closing very easy.
