Found Scott & Wes Garrison by Googling “best Altamonte Springs Realtor” and worked with Scott…he IS the best! We had a piece of vacant land that did not even have a road to it; Scott helped us figure out what it was worth and we hired him to put it on the market. He did really really great marketing everywhere, with good wording about it, and the pictures were amazing considering it was just trees. He sold my Land for WAY over Full Price in less than 10 Days to an all-CASH buyer with an easy easy closing. We loved his service, and you would too we will use him again for sure!
I worked with both Scott and Wes Garrison to sell my mobile home in Casselberry I live out of state and had it rented and the tenants trashed it so bad the City of Casselberry was all over me. They sold it in 9 days for $6000 OVER the price that I wanted and made closing very easy. They both went out of their way to deal with my tenants FOR me, and to get them out when they did not want to move, and he helped me personally as well several times when things outside of the sale became hard for me. All I did was sign a few papers and they did EVERYTHING and brought me the cash at closing. You should have them sell your place too I could not be happier.
My family and I have worked with Realtors Scott & Wes Garrison about 7 or 8 times over the past 30 years, and have always been pleased. This time I needed his help to buy another RENTAL Property in East Orlando- he gave me a great list of properties to consider and good advice to NOT buy most of them. When we found one needing some repairs and got a great deal on it, then in the inspections we found more repairs and Scott negotiated on our behalf to get another LARGE Concession from the seller on my behalf, turning it into a FANTASTIC DEAL. If anything I wished I had followed his advice more, for when we did not ( I will not go into here ouch) it cost us a lot of time and money we could have easily avoided.
