Working with Wes Garrison was a pleasure! From start to finish of buying our home he guided us with his expertise and caring nature. We felt at ease working with Wes as his honest and genuine personality showed throughout each step. Really couldn’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him to any future homebuyers.

We live out of town and needed to find an agent who was responsive and knowledgeable to help us sell our Winter Park condo. We found Scott online and are very very happy with his service and the results. He gave us great ideas on ways to improve the curb appeal and overall appearance of the home, and went one step further and actually found service providers to do the work for us! Best of all, we received a cash offer in less than 20 days. The photos, marketing, and videos, along with the excitement he demonstrated really made a difference in selling our home and getting top dollar for it. He made a potentially stressful situation so much easier to deal with, even from 500 miles away. I highly recommend Scott and would definitely use him again!

THANK YOU Realtor Scott Garrison, P.A. of Re/Max Town & Country Realty. It was so good working with you recently. You helped me with the Sale of my Rental Condo in SOUTH ORLANDO near the Airport; YOU brought me a BUYER for my Condo who paid ALL CASH, and that while I had another Listing Agent, I used YOU for the main point of contact, and do to all the work for the entire closing, instead of them. I closed with the title company you recommended, saving me big $$$. You answered all the many questions during the contract to closing time…and YOU were the one there for me at my actual closing even, though you weren't my actual agent. You made the home inspection as easy as possible for me and got the buyer to request no repairs from me. You made the entire process precise and EASY for me, and you Communicate well, and seem to never forget or miss a detail. I was SO happy and satisfied with the process that you helped me with. I would recommend Realtor Scott Garrison, P.A. of Re/Max Town & Country Realty to Anyone ELSE Looking to Sell their CONDO or HOME here in ORLANDO… and I would work with Scott again!

Scott Garrison helped us buy our first home at 1485 Lake Dr, Casselberry 32707. He got us a fantastic deal in a home we really love! When the appraisal came in 5500 dollar low, Scott got the seller to lower the price in this tough market, saving us 35 dollar per month on our payments, forever! He also helped us get a significant amount of money to do repairs on the home, even though we had an as is contract agreement. Again, very unusual in this market for a seller to do that. Scott has great follow up, always does what he says he will do. Besides his excellent communication, he never forgets or misses any detail. Scott recommended us to a great Mortgage Lender, whose staff was highly proficient and friendly in getting us the loan. He also recommended us a Home Inspector who did an excellent job. We are extremely satisfied with their services. We must point out that as a First Time Home Buyer, Scott Garrison was fundamental in guiding us through the whole process. His competence and timely trustworthy advice were very helpful to us. We would strongly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a first home in Casselberry.

For our Orlando Investment Condo near EPCOT…YES, it is closed and done!! Thank you for your expertise in the Short Term Rental Market and patience to strive for the best for us. Your team of professional vendors made the transaction so seamless for us that I almost forgot we had sold the property till I saw the money in the bank!. We will certainly be thinking of you if we, or anyone we know, want to buy in Orlando again!

Scott was referred to us by a friend who is another happy seller. He really lived up to the reference and did exactly what he said he would do. Get our property sold IN CASH for the best possible price. Scott has fantastic marketing campaign with professionally done visuals made the virtual showing of our property stood out from the crowd and led to 45 in person showings in 80 days despite a busy rental schedule. Scott communicates frequently and honestly, never rushes us to close a deal, and works relentlessly to meet our expectations. He is great in follow ups and has meticulous attention to details. That made our remote contracting signing and closing process seamlessly and hassle free. We would recommend Scott to anyone who is looking for professional, high quality and customer centric real estate services.

We have known Scott for over 30 years. We currently live out of state and he helped up buy in the Lake Nona area. He was fantastic in helping us through a remote transaction and working with us virtually. He made the process easy, and was incredibly responsive to us by going out quickly to video several properties. He also referred a great lender that was so easy to use! We would highly recommend Scott! He is the BEST!

The best realtor I have ever worked with. He helped me to look at multiple houses and to close on my dream house! I highly recommend everybody to talk to him. Very nice and experienced guy. He will always answer the phone and will always show up on time. I love Wes! 5 stars! If I could give 10 I would give it to him :) thank you Scott and Wes!

Wow!! Scott Garrison made buying a house in West Orlando such a breeze. He helped me get a Fixer Upper at a GREAT PRICE! As an Investor and dealing with several realtors, Scott is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. He was very professional, experienced and extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable. He cares about his clients and is always updating us with what is going on, he maintained great communication throughout the entire process and seemed to never forget or miss a detail.
