To say we were trying to catch lighting in a bottle by looking for our first home in the Bay Area with a limited budget (and during the holiday season amidst a global pandemic, no less) wouldn’t be far from the truth. Nonetheless, we set out on our home buying journey and hoped for the best; we found it when we started working with Rayne. Friends who’d been searching by themselves for homes in the bay and whose offers kept getting rejected were floored when they found out the very first offer Rayne put together for us on a home we were in love with was accepted. Plus, she is just a wonderful person who has your best interests at heart and really listens, taking the time to work through the process and the ins-and-outs of making a good offer.
