I first communicated with Raymond through email when he contacted us on behalf of his buyer. I was very pleased with his genuine conversation and prompt communication. We closed on that property, and soon after, I reached out to Raymond to see if he would be interested in listing one of our vacant lots. We only had six weeks to find an end buyer due to a switch in realtors, but he agreed and resolutely got the deal done! That second deal is now part of several Raymond has worked with us on. Raymond was our savior in this process. We are a large family of eight. Having six kids means that you have specific needs for a house that are not easy to fine especially within a family budget. Not only did Raymond find what we needed but we were able to get it in quick because he was very determined to help us. I never felt guilty for asking him questions, or having him do what we need it. Because he always made it his priority. This is the first house I bought, and it was a great process because of him.
