It would be hard to describe Ray as anything less than perfect, a word I seldom use. He goes the extra mile, then goes a little more. I did not know him before, I randomly connected with him 2+ years ago when we thought we were going to move. He kept in touch over all that time and offered to drive us around & he called periodically just to check in. Ray be is persistent with out being a pest. When we finally got to the point of buying, he really shined. The processing was explained clearly along the way, he did many little things I won't go into but I was pleasantly surprised several times.
