When it comes to Raymond, the word that comes to our minds is Grateful. We are so so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him, and grateful for his help with the selling process literally from A to Z. We’ve sold and bought many homes in the US as well as overseas but Raymond hands down, by far, is the best agent we have had the pleasure to work with. When it came to selling our home in SF, since we are currently overseas and cannot be there in person, Raymond assumed the role of a project manager as well, to oversee the entire process from getting little things fixed to painting and giving the place a “facelift” to get it ready to be listed. This was our second time buying a home with Raymond and it was as good as the first one. Raymond is responsive and diligent. What I like about Raymond is that he understands our family's needs and he knows about the real estate market very well. He gave us good advices during the process. Home-buying experience can be sometimes overwhelming but working with Raymond made the process that much easier. I would highly recommend Raymond to anyone when it comes to buying a home!
