it was a long process, but Ray was very patient and helpful throughout. the only critique we have would be increased communication after and between showings. even if there's nothing to report, just letting us know that the showing happened and he's working on communicating with the prospective buyers would go a long way. Ray was a great agent, and if we're ever back in the area we'll definitely look to use his services again. thanks for everything
