Ray was extremely competent and great to work with. He moved quickly, worked hard, found us a perfect home, navigated through difficulties with the seller and lender, worked out compromises in our best interest.
It was not a bad experience except for not made aware of a few very important things that needed to be done before the sale of my home. The big one was not being made aware of the Time of Sale Well Testing. That did hold us up for a few weeks. Things are still not completely finalized as of this date.
