My experience with trying to sell my father-in-law's house was originally painful, but after switching to Ray, it became a lot easier. He helped me find a company to fix up the place. He showed us what would be needed and wanted by the future buyers. Plus, after the repairs, when the house was listed, we were worried that it wouldn't sell at a good price, but we held out for a couple of months, and eventually we found the perfect match. Ray has awesome communication skills and so much knowledge about the industry that he can accurately predict what will happen and give you the best advice for your situation.
