My experience with trying to sell my father-in-law's house was originally painful, but after switching to Ray, it became a lot easier. He helped me find a company to fix up the place. He showed us what would be needed and wanted by the future buyers. Plus, after the repairs, when the house was listed, we were worried that it wouldn't sell at a good price, but we held out for a couple of months, and eventually we found the perfect match. Ray has awesome communication skills and so much knowledge about the industry that he can accurately predict what will happen and give you the best advice for your situation.

We had a great experience working with Ray and Urbaniza team. From the very first contact, he was nothing but attentive, caring and full onboard with our needs. We were buying a house for the first time and he guided us in all the required steps, as well as being proactive and providing us all the details and info on the house hunting. As well once we land a proposal he did an amazing job following up and communicating throughout the way. Also, Claudia was incredible supportive and assisted us with everything process wise. One aspect that was valuable is how well he treated my wife and baby daughter very caring and respectfully. Even after the deal was done, he still never backed out in supporting with any inquires and details. I really appreciated Ray's work and Urbaniza team.

Ray is, by far, the absolute BEST realtor I have ever had. He's armed with the most knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry including market trends, property values, comps, mortgage finance complexities, and negotiations. He is also an educator which he helps me understand with explanations and clarification of the complex process and technical details and his network of financial expert referrals. He even went further to help me understand the complex mortgage refinance process and technical terms that were often very overwhelming confusing and he has made it very simple for me to understand and has lead me through this process beyond the closing process of my residential property. Ray went even further to take his time by joining in a 3-way phone call with a Mortgage Lender/Officer and supported me with the complex understanding of the refinance process. Ray originally was hired by me to sell my condo in Miami and I was very happy with his high standard of professionalism and strong ethics. I felt that he was the most trustworthy and when I was looking for a house to buy, I did not hesitate to use Ray's services again and he was successful in negotiating the listing price of my house which the seller and I were able to close the deal on the house. I would use Ray's services again, if I should have to sell my house and buy and other property again in the future, Ray is the one I would stick with.
