Ray makes the entire home buying process as easy as it can be. He listens to what you have told him is important in a home, and never tries to push something you don't want. He is very knowedgable and readily offers advice whenever asked. From offer through closing is where Ray really shines as an agent. He handled everything promptly with clear communication, and sent reminders for any part of the process that I needed to do as the home buyer. I had an issue where in walk through the day before closing some of the agreed upon repairs had not been completed. Ray took care of it and by closing the next day everything was fixed.
