I found Raven online and decided to call her based off her excellent reviews. We were buyers in this transaction. Moving from out of state, my husband and I didn't know much of Texas but we did narrow it down to the North Dallas area. After that first online meeting with her, she already narrowed down exactly what we were looking for, particularly for me, because I'm the picky one. I made her job a little more difficult because not knowing anything in that region, I had no idea what I really wanted in a home and location. I was just all over the place. Raven is very intuitive and respectfully guided us to the homes that she felt fit our needs. Our experience with her is that she is very honest and it's truly refreshing to see that she really doesn't care about the money but more about our happiness. I say this because it really is hard to find someone who will advocate for you instead of someone that has selfish intentions. She is just that great of a person all around. She’s always on top of latest developments and market trends in the area and offers cutting-edge tactics, programs and information so her buyers and sellers can make the best out of their transactions. She helped me buy a new build and sell a house. Thanks to her deep expertise and acumen, I secured an amazing price on my home sale ($30k above asking, during a time when other houses in the neighborhood are sitting on the market with no movement). She also sold my house within 3 days! Her speed and efficiency are quite a sight to behold! Raven goes above and beyond for her clients. She walks through every nook and corner of my house and let me know which repairs to do to get the best return. She also helps schedule repair crews to ease the admin burden on my end. My experience buying a new build with Raven was also absolutely amazing! She waited hours until midnight to meet with the builder to lock in a desirable lot in the neighborhood that I wanted. Throughout the build process of 10 months, she was there on-site even more often than I was to check on the progress and catch any mistakes that the builders make well in advance.
