Right off the bat Raven and I clicked on what I wanted to do and how we were going to achieve that. I’ve worked with a few realtors previously but Raven’s knowledge and diligence is unmatched. During our second call she shared her slide decks with me and also went over research she has done which showed me how thorough and data driven she is. I felt I was in good hands and she exceeded expectations with how organized and transparent she is with the systems she has in place and by updating me every step of the way. 10/10 would work with Raven again!

While also quite helpful in finding homes with our desired features and constraints, Raven's real strength is in her negotiation skills. There were multiple issues where the seller was dragging feet to avoid fixing issues, but she was able to either get them to agree to the fixes or provide further concessions. We were very happy with the final negotiated deals and would never want to gamble on trying to receive such care and service from any other agent. Raven does not just file paperwork at the finish line; she is an active member of YOUR team start to finish.
