Randy was great to work with from start to finish. He was very hands on. We are from out of town, so we had to rely on him heavily to drive to properties in our absence and check them out thoroughly on our behalf. When we were in town, he carved out the time to make sure we looked at everything we wanted to look at in a short window. Randy has been my realtor of choice as both a buyers agent and a sellers agent. He is responsive, organized, and always goes above and beyond. On my latest sale we had a small issue with a door being left open and a bird getting in and making a mess. He had his cleaning crew there the next day to make sure it was cleaned up before closing.
