Very professional. He had done his research and made the process easy. Available any day or night. He set our price where it would get a lot of traffic and we needed to sell fast. We were very happy with it all.

Randy was great to work with from start to finish. He was very hands on. We are from out of town, so we had to rely on him heavily to drive to properties in our absence and check them out thoroughly on our behalf. When we were in town, he carved out the time to make sure we looked at everything we wanted to look at in a short window. He had a very keen knowledge of the different towns and neighborhoods which was helpful to us newbies. In addition, he is very engaging and fun to be around. Randy has been my realtor of choice as both a buyers agent and a sellers agent. He is responsive, organized, and always goes above and beyond. On my latest sale we had a small issue with a door being left open and a bird getting in and making a mess. He had his cleaning crew there the next day to make sure it was cleaned up before closing. I highly recommend Randy to current and future homeowners.

Saying that Randy is a great realtor would be damning with faint praise. That is simply one aspect for he is also a theologian, philosopher, marvelous temple rubber, and has the ability to talk sellers like ourselves out of leaping from tall buildings. But Randy is, again, a great realtor. He made the otherwise irritating task of selling a home a smooth process. This can only be achieved via a depth of experience and intimate knowledge of the complicated process and the local market intricacies. We were extremely fortunate to have him in our corner.
