My husband was searching for a country property for our two dogs and two horses. He drove all over the county chasing every listing that came up on the internet.We stumbled over a home with his sign and contacted him. (I had been in the industry so i didnt want to hurt anyone's feelings so this gave me an out.) He and my husband took it from there. Our home was a bank owned property but Randy promised he would buy it on the county steps if he had to. It did become available and after fighting off a neighbor and outbidding two others we got it!!!
