I started buying investment properties at 22 years old. What began as a personal treasure hunt quickly became a lifelong passion for helping others build wealth and find their place in the world through real estate. I left a corporate career, partnered with my wife, built one of Stockton's largest independent real estate firms from the ground up, and I have never looked back. Randy was "Simply The Best" throughout the whole selling process!

The idea of trying to sell this distressed property from long distance seemed daunting to me, but Randy and his whole team handled everything so efficiently & kept me so well-informed throughout that it turned out to be "a piece of cake". Expert in Local Market

As the title states Randy is an expert in the local market. I had Randy and team represent me in selling two properties. Both had its challenges and both times they got me the best offer (sometimes it's not all about choosing the highest offer but the strongest offer that won't collapse later on - because time is money). He will do his research on prospective buyers. He definitely was my advocate and would use him in the future.
