House Sold; Next Step… Buy a New Home

Randy worked seamlessly with my general contractor to get my house ready to sell in one month. The house went up and there was a constant stream of potential buyers. He kept me informed every step of the way. He secured a 21 day escrow, which pleased me no end. He also was able to get me 9 days to move out. At no cost to me. (I only used 5.) The house went on the market in October. I moved out in early December. He assured me he would be there for me, and he was. And now, my housemate has asked Randy to help her buy a house. Looking forward to the next chapter.
