I can't say enough good things about how Randy approaches his work with us. Our experience has been so good that we refuse to even consider other realtors because no one can take care of you like Randy can. On the selling side, he has a huge stable of contacts that can help you stage your home, finish up any outstanding projects that need done, and really just make getting your house ready to sell as easy and painless as possible. He's a fierce advocate for your wishes when working with potential buyers and his communication during the hectic time on the market is fantastic. When he helps you buy a home, he's bringing his extensive knowledge of the housing market along with his own personal knowledge having gone through Contractor classes to make sure you're getting a quality home at the right price.
