I had the pleasure of working with Randy Harris on two recent transactions: the sale of a home and the purchase of a new one. The prospect of selling my home of 18 years was very stressful to me – I did not like the idea of strangers walking through my home for viewings, much less having an open house. Randy was very open to listening and addressing my concerns. He proposed being present during all of the privately scheduled showings instead of just having the potential buyer's agent present. That process took a lot of time and effort on his part and I could not thank him enough for it. He did an excellent job at advertising the property using a variety of method to best meet the demographics of potential buyers thus generating a substantial number of showings. He was also excellent at presenting all the unique features of the house to agents and their buyers and following-up with them after every showing to get feedback. All of this effort generated two competing offers and the ultimate sale of the house for asking price and in a timely fashion. I can only report praises for Randy: he is personable, hardworking, always available to answer your questions, well researched, and most of all eager to help and serve his clients. One could not ask for a better agent.
