Randy was referred to us based on his reputation for selling in our niche market. He is very good at what he does, and was the perfect fit for us and the sale of our home. Randy is a true professional, but he is also very easy to talk to. He listens and hears; a great combination when working in a high stress environment. I had the pleasure of working with Randy Harris on two recent transactions: the sale of a home and the purchase of a new one. Randy was the seller and buyer agent for our Newberg house. This is traditionally a difficult position but Randy exceeded our expectations throughout the process. Randy is super knowledgable with River front properties and took the time to study the house we bought. As the seller agent he knew about everything there is to know about the house. His communication style is very direct which made the buying process as straightforward as it gets. At no time we felt he was withholding information or trying to hide anything. Randy gave us many good advice but did not get offended when we decided to proceed in a different way. He was also always available to bounce ideas or explain in great details the choices and risks we were facing. Randy did a great job selling our initial offer to the seller. After working with Randy to locate our Riverfront dream home since 2016, we successfully closed on a the property last week.
