It was my 2nd time working with Randy to sell a home. The first time I was the sole owner and it was a pretty smooth process. The 2nd time, I was selling with my partner who had lots of questions, expectations, requests, and various concerns. For the most part, Randy exhibited a great deal of tolerance toward her and these concerns while trying to guide her to make good decisions in regard to the realities of the current market.
