Randy was referred by a family member when I decided to sell my parent's home in SF. During the introductory meeting, he gave me a good realistic overview of the current market, in particular the necessary steps involved in a real estate transaction. His knowledge and professionalism convinced me that Randy should be my listing agent. Throughout the process, I was well informed but never overwhelmed, communications were prompt and concise. Furthermore, Randy has been extremely resourceful in working within my budget (to prep my house). It appears he always does his homework and shown to be a highly competent.In short, we are very satisfied with his service, not to mention the sale price that he was able to negotiate for us.
