Randy made selling my condo and buying a new home stress free. First thing I told him is that I didn’t want to sell my condo if I’ll be homeless for more than a month lol. He assured me that he’ll be able to sell my condo and get me to a new home within that timeframe. He went above and beyond when he sold my condo. He also gave me some advice on what I needed to do to make sure we sell my condo quick, which worked cause he was able to sell my condo less than a month it was listed. He then got me to my new home a few weeks later below asking price. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Randy was an amazing buying agent! He found us our first home within one week of us shopping. Randy took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, what we wanted in a home. He lined up open houses for us on a Sunday and showed us a variety so we can see what we like and what we didn't like. He was patient with us and never once did I felt forced into bidding on a home I wasn't excited for. But once we did find the one, randy did a lot of research such as reading the disclosures and nearby sales comp. We placed a bid in 6 days of the home being on the market and we won! Even after we won the bid, randy was always available night and day to answer our calls and any questions during the entire process til the end. An amazing experience with randy!
