She made recommendations for making aesthetic improvements which were easy and inexpensive. This house was part of a trust, and my sister & I were co-trustees living about 150 miles apart. Randie kept us informed of the sale progress and made it easy for us to get all paperwork completed. When the buyer asked for concessions, she stood firm & said no.
