Randle Boardman was a phenomenon in getting my late mom's house sold. She really knew her stuff and was an expert in the Fairfield area. She even knew of rooms available to rent for my mom's former live-in caregiver ! I was trying to get the house cleaned out, but lived out of the area. There was a lot of knickknacks and large old furniture. She was a miracle worker in finding people who would take, move or dispose of these items. It was such a Godsend.
