We purchased a home in southern California 100% remotely from Colorado, and Randi went above and beyond to make the process as easy and as seamless as possible. She went to a number of homes to facetime with us and give us a walkthrough, helped us understand the market and the real estate process itself, and was flexible with us as we went in escrow and out of escrow, and back into escrow on the home we eventually fell in love with. Stewart and Randi Fournier were wonderful to work with from their beautiful initial presentation before they were hired to the final day when escrow closed. Any time I had a question or concern about anything to do with the ongoing process of selling the property for which I acted as the successor-trustee seller, to getting an old undriven car in the property's garage started up and then driving it to another location, they were available and ready to help. They went above and beyond in solving problems that arose with old deed restrictions, unexpected survey results, and dealing successfully with a buyer who might easily have walked away days before escrow was set to close.
