There are no superlatives sufficient to express my delight in working with Randi as our buyer's agent for our home search and purchase! When my husband and I decided to look for a home in Asheville, we were referred to Randi by close friends who raved about her. They did not exaggerate. We live in NYC and were mostly managing our search remotely, with occasional visits to Asheville to view properties. Randi was unfazed by the challenges of dealing with remote clients, and was available by phone, text, email and video call whenever we needed her (and that was a lot). Randi's deep knowledge of the Asheville area was invaluable, but her charm, humor and boundless energy were the clinchers. She guided us through the hunt for the neighborhoods which would best suit our needs and, ultimately, to a home that is an absolutely perfect fit for us. Randi - was a great Real Estate expert and sold our house on the first day of showing!! She delivers!! She is highly skilled at getting a property ready for sale. Listen to her, as she has a great 'eye' for what buyers want to see and what they don't. If she thinks it detracts from the house she will ask you to put it away or remove! I listened to her as I wanted the house to sell. Her follow-though and communication is exceptional!! Any anxiety I had over the process, she was able to put to rest by being 'present' in the entire process to answer questions and reassure! I would highly recommend Randi!

Randi was absolutely wonderful every step of the way. I was an out-of-town buyer and she patiently explained the process and laws in NC and was very helpful giving me background on different areas of Asheville. She also did a great job during the negotiations and staying on top of inspections and all the details required before closing. She was in regular communication with me and always responded promptly. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend her!
