My Mother passed away on October 23rd, 2021. I was in from Colorado and only had a week before I had to return home. I had a lot that needed to be accomplished, of which listing the home was on top of the list. My Mother’s attorney suggested Randy to us and we chose him. It was one of the best decisions I made. He met me at the home on Saturday the 30th (after we had spent the week emptying the house). I was flying back to Colorado the next day so I had to leave everything into his hands. He arranged to have the house cleaned, listed the house and began showing it by Wednesday. Numerous offers were received and by Monday we accepted an offer that was well over the listed price! We closed on the house a few days before Christmas. Randy worked hard for us! He worked with the Executor, kept me informed throughout the process, knew the market and priced the home accordingly!
