As a first time home buyer working with this agent was great! I had been previously working with another agent and there were some tense moments with them, but I had none of that working with Randall. I never felt pressured to make a decision on a place even when I asked to view a home more than once or afterseeing mulitple listings. During walkthroughs he did not hover and let me explore a location and would point out note worthy items. Which was helpful since I would often go alone and did not know what to look out for. During the escrow process, again as it was my first time, he walked me through everything and explained every paper I signed and why it was being done. He kept me on track and answered all of my questions even when I asked the same question, but in a different font. I would in a heartbeat reccomend working with Randall to anyone in need of purchasing a home!

Randall exceeded all expectations. His communication was excellent, and he guided us through every step of the process with confidence and expertise. From scheduling showings to negotiating the best deal, he made sure everything went smoothly. We truly felt supported the entire time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We would highly recommend Randall! He is the best!

Randy was amazing if there were more than five stars I would definitely give them to him! It was our first time buying a home and he was incredibly helpful and very flexible with our schedule. He was very great with updating us with any information, answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable. Lastly he was very onto all of the paperwork which to us was amazing! When we decided to purchase another home in the future we will 100% chose him again.

What can I say..... Randy has left us at a loss for words. He made me feel as if he was buying a house for himself instead of me. He asked the questions before I had a chance of thinking of them. Saw things I wouldn't see and really listened to our needs. Highly recommend to anyone!
