Ramone Walker is a full-time realtor, a member of the National Association of Realtors and Miami Association of realtors. Ramone currently serves as a director on the board of Murano at Hampton Park, as a director on the Economic Development Action Plan for the city of Miramar Florida and he was a past President of Misty Lake Condominium Association. Ramone’s daily job description entails being responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing his long and short-term plans. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration double majoring in Finance and International Business from Florida International University and he holds a Web Development Degree from Sheridan Technical College. Since 2006 Ramone Walker have been helping buyers and sellers, sell their home, buy a new home, invest in real estate, and manage their properties. Top Duties and Qualifications Ramone Walker is responsible for overseeing real estate transactions between buyers and sellers. His duties include drafting contracts for buyers and sellers, negotiating sale prices between buyers and sellers and leading a team of Real Estate Agents to help them close deals. These duties are different if he is working with a seller or buyer.
