From the beginning he was very thorough. He explained to us the whole process, we are first time home buyers and he made it very easy to understand the process. Right away we were getting listings of houses/townhouses/condos. He understood what we were looking for, for us location was key! He was familiar with different areas and knew a lot about them. One thing that we really liked was that he worked with our schedules. Whether it was early morning or later afternoon he made it possible to look at different locations. The whole process seemed so easy because he is very experienced and has done this for years. Something I asked him was if it was possible to buy a house before my baby was born, that was in two months. He right away said that was very possible and thats exactly what he did! Let me just start by saying Ramon and his team are a five star team. I was looking to sell and buy a new property and just thinking about the process was already stressful.
