I became executor to an estate down in Cerritos CA and I live in Oregon. There was a house in the trust that needed to be sold. Being from out of state I had absolutely zero idea who to turn to. I fortunately had a family member who lived in SoCal that was also a realtor so I reached out to her. She told me she was not familiar with the market in Cerritos but she recommended Ramon Sanchez. So I set up a date to fly down there meet Ramon. He was prompt and professional. I knew in about 10 minutes this was the guy I was going to deal with. He had a bound book of comps along with the house in the estate and he made some recommendations to upgrade. The house was really a time capsule (my words not his) He recommended a contractor and contracts were signed. 30 days later the house went on the market on a Friday, Monday we had 4 offers all well above the asking price, less than 30 days after that we were closed. Selling that house was easier than cashing in the savings bonds in that estate ! It was painless ! Ramon and his wife Sandy make an awesome team. Their communication was way above expectations. First off, when I reached out to Ramon I had heard great reviews from my sister who bought a home with Ramon as her Realtor just a few years ago. I decided to take my sister’s advice and I could not have been happier. Ramon and his team were ALWAYS responsive to any questions My wife and I had. Extremely proactive and reliable when it came to looking at properties or scheduling viewings. Sometimes you don’t know how goods company is until something goes wrong. In mistakes there is room to show how you recover. We hit a bit of a snag with the Lender and Ramon and his team stepped up to the plate and reassured his that they would resolve any issues and they did. All in all I give the entire process a 5/5 stars. I only looked for two weekends before getting my offer accepted, and I’m sure that was due to having such an awesome team working for me.

Ramon is excellent in selling himself as a realtor. He has a good enthusiastic personality and he has knowledge of the market. He seems to me a very good marketing person. Nevertheless, his team has areas of improvement: Being the seller, I mistakenly received information related to buyers with statements on how to make the seller pay for repairs or alike. Also, I was required to sign documents with no explanation of the contents at late hours of the day. Another area of improvement is that I felt lack of support during negotiations, since I don't think I received enough couching to protect my patrimony.
