Very attentive to details..Good job at communicating with us as we live out of state and sold the house fairly quickly and needed to get the renters to relocate. All the details were able to be handled via email and secured signing of documents. He also handled the sale of our commercial property. This is the 2nd home he has sold for us. The first was in 2008 in a much different market. Would recommend him to anyone selling a home.
