Let me repeat. Our house got sold in less than a day. And all that is because of Ralph. He exceeded our every expectations. He even brought a licensed contractor with him to get 2nd opinion about the property before we wrote an offer. He made sure the house is in perfect condition and that there are no issues with disclosures or title etc. Through out the Escrow process he kept himself on top of things, following up with lender, seller agent, title company etc. He took lot of the heavy lifting on his own. Overall he made this entire buying process easy for us. Dream house, Right location, right price, smooth close what else do you need? Of course you need a right agent to represent you.
