Let me repeat. Our house got sold in less than a day. And all that is because of Ralph. He exceeded our every expectations. Not bragging but our house was in excellent condition and we maintained it very well. But Ralph did an excellent job in staging as well as marketing it. More importantly he did a thorough market study and set the right list price. All of this helped us to receive multiple offers from single day of showing. His job did not stop there. He was taking care of the sale process through out the escrow and making sure all activities are progressing timely and without any hiccups.

We decided to buy a home during pandemic. We had specific needs and wants in our next home. We explained all our requirements, needs and wants to Ralph. We also told him that we will not be looking for any compromise especially because this is our 2nd home and we wanted what we had hoped for. He made sure the house is in perfect condition and that there are no issues with disclosures or title etc. Through out the Escrow process he kept himself on top of things, following up with lender, seller agent, title company etc. He took lot of the heavy lifting on his own.
