Raj's service was excellent, attentive, and personal from the beginning of house-hunting through to closing. He respected my financial limits, and was able to point out reasons that houses wouldn't work--not suitable for an elderly parent who would be living with me--and point out advantages I didn't see--double garage in a neighborhood with few gives me plenty of space for my son's bikes and a workshop in addition to housing a car. We had seen a house I liked, Raj was honest in saying it was overpriced. When the price dropped, we visited again and had an offer in by midnight, accepted the next morning. I had a wonderful Christmas in my new home. I used to think real estate agents were superfluous, but not any more. Raj will be the one we call any time we need real estate services. Thank you Raj!

Raj was consistently available on short notice to see houses and help with decision making. He had to write multiple offers due to a crazy market and was very proactive in speaking with the listing agents to help me get my home. He was helpful in advising how much to offer and whether he thought a property was worth what it was listed at. I would recommend using him if you want someone to help you find the right home for you.
