About Rainey

As a fifth generation native of Orlando, Florida, Rainey began developing, building and selling homes with her family's business in the early 1990s. In 2003, she expanded on her passion and acquired her real estate license to sell homes outside of the ones she built. This, paired with her bachelor's degree in interior design, began her quest to find each person their very own personalized residence. Rainey's passion is in the joy she finds in living life every day. Anyone can see the enthusiasm she has for each person who crosses her path. In her real estate career, she listens to determine what her client's ideal vision is for a new home perfectly suited to their design. Rainey knew Orlando before it was what it is now. For generations, her family has been in the Florida cattle business. From that, the development of the land for housing was spurred. Building and selling a lifestyle is where she gets her flair for real estate. In her free time, Rainey enjoys cooking, decoration and designing, and being in the outdoors. She has spent over seven years volunteering for the Hubbard House on the Orlando Health campus. Dedicated to her community, Rainey has spent three years on the planning and zoning board for Belle Isle and was appointed to the leadership and missions development office for Pine Castle United Methodist Church. Rainey is a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, Florida REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS® and the Women's Council of REALTORS®

Market info

Rainey was very helpful in showing me various types of properties so I could get a feel for the local area and market in order to make a good buying decision.

She did a wonderful job with photos and descriptions of the property

When it was deteriorating new roof and internal repairs were needed she lined up an excellent company and followed through with the insurance company settlement was a breeze. Highly recommend her!!
