We had a bad experience from a different realtor a year ago. We needed someone we can trust. Ray was referred to us and we took a chance with him. It was the best decision, a decision we never looked back on. Ray has been there with us from day one. Any questions we had, any time of the day, he would answer. He definitely has our trust, and the trust of our family/friends. We’re in love with our new home and it couldn’t be done without Ray.

Woohoo! Today we signed loan docs; will close in two days! This journey has been filled with many challenges. I met Ray two short months ago and cannot say enough about him. Johnny texted me on Saturday to congratulate us, he said "Rainer really worked hard on this one.." Without question on our part. I am so appreciative. Honestly feels like we had two superheroes working on my behalf! Rainer is our hero, and we consider him a friend for life. Thanks Ray!!!

In the current market it was stressful trying to find a home but Ray made it easy. He took our requirements and found us plenty of options to choose from and made himself available any time. He really went above and beyond in helping us out during our closing. I never had to make multiple calls or texts to get a hold of him and that made a big difference.
