There are no words that can possibly express how grateful we are to have worked with Rahim Kakar. My husband and I are first time home buyers and Rahim made this otherwise stressful experience feel smooth and worry free. He is responsive to texts, calls and email; he responded to all of our questions within a matter of minutes! He is honest and let us know ahead of time what to expect such as home inspection fees etc. Additionally, Rahim is not at all pushy and he really kept our best interest in mind. He is knowledgable on the subject and a wonderful teacher. He made all of the complicated real estate lingo seem simple and he broke down every document associated with our application process so that we felt confident and and knowledgable the whole way through. We now own our dream home and we will definitely be recommending Rahim to all of our friends and family.

He also gave us a few great referrals to other professionals in the industry. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor. There were other agents that we talked to during our home-buying process who came across as sneaky, not completely honest, or just fell off with communicating and Rahim was professional throughout.
