Where do I even begin… Ralph was absolutely fantastic to work with! My husband and I had submitted offers with another realtor with no luck prior to working with Ralph. We decided to switch realtors and were referred to Ralph. From the get-go, he was extremely punctual, always responding to our messages and calls, and would make us feel heard and understood. Throughout the entire process, Ralph was very transparent and HONEST - even if it was to his disadvantage - which is beyond rare these days when most people only think of themselves. Ralph drove all around SoCal with us, visiting open houses. Our previous realtor only visited one… We are so thankful for Ralph and his absolutely dynamite work ethic. He worked SO hard for us and after only two weeks, we got our offer accepted! Mind you, we had 3.5% down on an FHA loan in Southern California so to say we were at disadvantage (compared to cash and conventional loan buyers) would be an understatement. However, Ralph with his business savvy and wit was able to get us into our dream home!!
