Knowledgeable, diligent, personal agent
Rafael was great to work with! Very diligently prepare my list of choices and coordinate everything for the showing. Great communication skills in understanding what I want, explaining rules and laws, and communicating in a timely manner with the other agent. Works tirelessly, even on weekend to meet my and owners schedules. Personally, is also very pleasant to talk to and act with great deal of professionalism.
