We had to leave South Florida for Texas sooner than we had hoped and with little advance notice we left our empty townhouse located in Doral in Rafael's hands. We agreed on an asking price and then Rafael kept us informed every day. He did a great job in separating the "tire-kickers" from the true purchasers and got our townhouse sold in a matter of weeks and at the price we had set.
