Rachelle was able to find a buyer within very little time to purchase this home that had been standing vacant for over 20 years. She was highly knowledgeable about the market in the area. Complications ensued due to probate issues that we were not aware of. Rachelle stood by us the whole time, waiting patiently, and keeping the buyer interested as well. She always reached out to us and got back to us quickly with any inquiries we had. She was very personable and approachable. She went out of her way for us in all ways for the sale, despite very little profit for herself due to the poor condition of the home.
