Rachel was always professional and communication was excellent. Rachel went out of her way to notify us when a new home came on the market that she new would fit our needs! Rachel was always available by text, email or phone weekends, morning and night. She made our purchase easy when it could have been difficult and has gone above and beyond her normal agent duties. I feel like she has become our friend in our new home state!
