When we decided to look at homes in the Villages, we made an inquiry on Zillow. Rachel reached out pretty fast. We talked. She listened and sent us homes that were fitting of what we were looking for that night. She was available for showings the next day. She was professional and easy going. Communication was lacking with our title company but anytime we had an issue; Rachel was able to help us along. We closed on time. She was able to send us videos of our new home reassuring us of its condition. She has still been answering questions we never thought to ask along the way. Thanks to her, we now own a beautiful future retirement home.
