I can't say enough about and thank Rachel Rayl for her hard work and dedication in getting my house sold in Florida. Mine was a unique situation as I am the executor ( living in Canada ) of an estate in Florida . We had 5 offers on the property and 4 of them fell apart for various reasons . Rachel is an absolutely no pressure agent and so pleasant to work with . She presented every offer even if they were questionable or weak and would painstakingly explain them to me without any persuasive pressure . It has been my experience with past real estate agents that they pressured you to consider a lousy offer just so they can close a deal and move on . Not the case with Rachel Rayl , I call her my ' Super Agent " . I'm actually a little sad she did her job so well and got my house sold for full price , because I miss her calls to keep me updated .I have a few family members who have homes in Florida and when it comes time to sell they will definitely use Rachel Rayl .
