Rachel was super helpful for a first time homebuyer navigating this intimidating process! She took the time to understand the differences between my must-haves vs like-to-haves and helped me to refine my search accordingly. When it came time to put in offers she helped me shape the most competitive offer such that the second overall offer I submitted was accepted. I have already and will continue to refer friends to her as they enter this market. And to top it all off, she is a lovely person to spend time with, which makes touring listings and working through closing much less onerous than it would be otherwise.

Rachel is awesome to work with! Rachel has a great eye for detail and keeps here clients in the front of her thoughts while maintaining a positive attitude. The positive attitude was super helpful in such a competitive and stressful market! My wife and I really appreciated her kindness and patience during phone calls where we debated one option versus another or sent her a listing or text late at night! She’s very good at listening to wish-list items and noticing what features of a house click for someone. I quickly noticed all of the listings she sent my wife and I were tailored to either what we were looking for or were houses that had something appealing we had not considered. During the buying process she quickly put together an inspection for us and even more quickly put together a supplementary inspection! Even after closing she has been great about questions and last details. We feel very fortunate to have worked with Rachel and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
