She was always there to answer questions, keeping us informed on what was going on with potential buyers and help us with things on how to get the most for our home, even helping get our home ready for the sale. The headline I chose may seem like an exaggeration, but I assure you it is not. Rachel assisted us in purchasing our second home. Our first was in a difficult market and was rushed and disappointing. Our second home was an entirely different story and not only did we get our dream home, but we got a do-over at having the dream home buying experience because of Rachel. They don’t care where you wind up as long as they get their commission. Not only that, but she will see it through well beyond to ensure that you are satisfied and loving your new home. We had some difficulties with our builder and she handled everything - negotiating and smoothing things over so we didn’t have to stress. We met Rachel as strangers and now feel like family - because that’s how she treated us throughout the process. I’m starting to run out of characters here, so to sum everything up: don’t waste your time finding another realtor who is only in it for the money. Rachel is passionate, empathetic, a fierce advocate, and prioritizes relationship - so she will not let you down. Should we ever find ourselves selling or buying, we would never go with anyone else. We can’t say enough how much we appreciated her and how much we’ve truly come to love her. There is no one better.
