I would totally recommend Rachel to anyone who was looking to sell/buy or both. She sold my house in 4 days. She was very professional. She cares a lot about her clients. She made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Answered any questions I had and if she didn't know the answer made sure she would find it out. When building my new house she made sure to talk with the builders for me to make sure everything was on schedule. That took a lot of pressure off of me especially since I was packing and trying to get organized. I would use her again when the time comes to sell my house and look for a new one.

Rachel was a delight to work with. Very professional and her follow up on every detail was excellent. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs be it buying or selling. I will never use anyone else but her.

Rachel sold my lot in a few weeks and her experience with real estate shows with her professionalism and knowledge of the market.

Rachel is the best! She was very flexible with my ever changing schedule and guided me in the right direction for my needs and price point! She allowed me to form my own opinion on neighborhoods and homes, no personal bias was said to me. I would highly recommend her for all of your home hunting needs.

Rachel is the best! I was out of town the entire time the sale was happening and she took care of absolutely everything and made sure everything went smooth. She was always available and I absolutely recommend her to list a home with

Rachel Rivera was very helpful in the purchase of my condo! Excellent attention to detail from throughout the entire process including recommending a mortgage broker who I ended up using, who I was also happy with.

To my husband, Martin and myself Rachel has been everything and then some, during the stressful time of purchasing a home. Of a matter of fact, thanks to Rachel I could say our stress level was very well maintained during the the whole process.....thank you Rachel, keep up the great work.
